Onboarding Programs – FAQ

To start with our expert team will directly work with HR / senior leadership team of the corporate organization on the program design (expectations, new hire background, duration, technical topics, project requirements etc…) to ensure they are customized according to corporate needs. Once it is finalized a plan is created and on-boarding program is executed accordingly.

To ensure faster deployment of new-hires into projects Emertxe creates a continuous assessment system. It consists of on-line/objective assessment, assignment/project assessment followed by overall grading of new-hire performance during on-boarding. This information can be used by corporate organization on new-hire deployment plan.

Definitely yes! We believe every organization’s business and their needs are very different. Hence each on-boarding program is designed very tightly with organization’s needs to maximize the effectiveness.

It depends! On-boarding programs can be delivered both in corporate and in Emertxe in-house infrastructure. We have state-of-the-art facility to deliver training for 100 candidates at a time. It purely depends on corporate need.
