Job Profile :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrative Executive will play a crucial role in coordinating office activities, managing vendors and customers, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Company’s Admin team.
  • Work with senior leadership team in driving various operational activities across different departments.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative activities across the organization, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and provide professional assistance to customers, internal and external stakeholders including executives, employees, clients, and vendors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and collaboration.
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in
    progressively responsible positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
  • Previous experience in handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high
    level of professionalism and integrity.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions as required.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills and proven experience in both graphic design and video editing. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics and high-quality video content across a range of platforms including digital, print, and social media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing/sales head and cross-functional teams to understand design and
    video content requirements.
  • Work with a wide range of media formats and design software to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative designs and layouts for various campaigns and materials.
  • Create and edit videos including student testimonials, teasers, promotional content, and course walkthroughs.
  • Prepare rough drafts, storyboards, and present ideas for review.
  • Capture and edit videos using professional equipment and software tools.

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver,
    Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Strong creative flair, originality, and an eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in working with video production equipment.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Coursera, edX) is a plus

  • Plan, track and drive multiple training batches
  • Ensure Emertxe’s training standards are followed in delivery and ensure quality
  • Closely work with instructors / mentors for short term weekly planning & execution
  • Closely work with senior management for long term batch planning & execution
  • Closely work with placement team for placement activities
  • Manage a team of instructor / mentors by handling their people management aspects

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in handling multiple programs in parallel
  • Excellent project planning, tracking and follow-up skills
  • Hands-on experience in project management tools and techniques 
  • Very high energy combined with discipline to drive multiple batches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent motivational skills and ability to act as a coach
